Who they are
When BillRelief Check points you somewhere, it's to an established, independent company that does the actual regulated work: a bill-review specialist for medical bills, a program that helps reduce and combine what you owe, an internet provider for a lower home plan, or a tax-help service for IRS or state debt. They're the experts. My job is just to help you find the right one and walk you up to it.
How I choose them
I don't work with whoever pays the most. Before I'll send anyone your way, a partner has to be a real, reputable company with a track record, be upfront about their fees and how their service works, treat people with respect and no high-pressure tactics, and offer a free first conversation so you can decide with zero obligation. If a company doesn't clear that bar, it doesn't go on this site.
Vetted, not random
I only point you to established companies I've checked out, not whoever's paying the most that week.
Free to talk to
The help I point you to offers a free consultation or review. You decide what to do next, with no obligation.
Your consent comes first
You're only ever connected to someone after you choose to be, and your information is never sold around.
Honesty over a payout
If you don't actually need a paid service, I'll tell you, and point you to the free steps you can take yourself.
Being upfront about how this stays free
Here's the honest part, plainly: BillRelief Check is free for you to use. If you choose to work with one of the partners I point you to, that company may pay me a referral fee. That's what keeps the site free, but it never changes the price you pay, and it never changes what I tell you. The honest answer always comes first. You'll always see a clear disclosure right where you're connected to a partner.
