Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026. This replaces the version dated 1 June 2026, which described a referral service. The business has changed and so has this.

I am Andre Haynes. I run Andine’s Place LLC out of Phoenix, Arizona, and I operate billreliefcheck.com. I read people’s bills and I call their providers to get those bills reduced. One person, not a company with a department for this.

Because I handle something as personal as your bill, this page is written plainly. If anything here is unclear, email me at support@billreliefcheck.com and I will explain it.

What I am, and what I am not

I negotiate service rates with providers on your behalf. I am not a debt-relief, debt-settlement, credit-repair, or medical-billing company, and I am not a law firm or a financial adviser. I do not settle debts, I do not take payments on your behalf, and I never touch your bank account.

What I collect

What you send me. Your name, email address, and phone number if you give it. Your service address if it is relevant to the call. And the bill itself, which is the important one: a bill normally carries your account number, your address, what you pay, and what services you have.

What comes out of the work. Notes from the call, the name of the agent I spoke to, the confirmation number, what your bill was before and after.

What the website collects on its own. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and where you arrived from, through cookies and similar tools. This is counting, not profiling: it tells me that forty people read a page, not who they were.

If you would rather it did not. Turning it off does not cost you anything here, and nothing on this site stops working without it. Your browser can block third-party cookies, and most have a Do Not Track setting. Google publishes an opt-out add-on for its Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. There is no paywall, no locked feature and no nagging banner: if you block it, you block it, and the site behaves exactly the same.

Who else sees it, and this is the part worth reading

Running this requires a handful of outside services. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

I do not sell your information. I do not share it for advertising. I have no partners I hand you off to.

If I use dictation

I sometimes dictate call notes rather than typing them, so I can keep listening. The dictation is done by my web browser, which sends the audio to the browser maker to be transcribed. If I am dictating something about your account, that audio leaves my machine. I mention it because it is the kind of thing most businesses would not.

How long I keep things

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to:

Email support@billreliefcheck.com and I will do it. No form, no wait, and I will not ask you why. Depending on your state you may have further rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; I will honour those requests too.

How it is kept

Everything is behind a password. The private tools are password protected and every action is logged. Bills travel over encrypted connections. I am one person, so I am honest about the limits: this is a small operation with sensible protections, not a bank. If something ever went wrong and your information was exposed, I would tell you, and quickly.

Children

This is not for anyone under 18 and I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed standard for responding to it, so the site does not respond to it differently. The site does not track you across other websites for advertising.

Changes

If this changes I will change the date at the top. If it changes in a way that matters, I will email anyone it affects rather than quietly editing the page.
