Bill Report | Send your bill, see what comes off
BillRelief Check

Your bill, read properly.
You make the call.

Send me your bill. I run a line-by-line audit on it and send you back a written report: exactly what to ask for, the words to use, and what not to give up. Then you ring them yourself and keep every penny you save.

Free. No call. No account details. If the number is not worth your time, you walk away.

I am one person, not a call center. Originally from Jamaica, I built my life here through hard work including years in sheet metal fabrication, and I now spend my time getting people's monthly bills back down to what they should be. You deal with me directly, start to finish.

The bills I work with

If yours is on this list, send it. If it is not, tell me anyway and I will point you somewhere useful.

InternetXfinity, Spectrum, Cox, Optimum, Mediacom, Astound, Sparklight, Breezeline, WOW!, Frontier, Kinetic, Ziply, Google Fiber
Mobile phoneVerizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, UScellular
Cable TVXfinity, Spectrum, Cox, Optimum, Astound, WOW!
Satellite TVDirecTV, Dish, Starlink, HughesNet, Viasat
Home phoneCenturyLink, Brightspeed, Kinetic, Frontier
Home securityADT and similar
What I cannot help with, so you do not waste a trip: prepaid phone plans like Mint, Visible, Cricket or Metro have no retention department and no room to move, so there is genuinely nothing to negotiate. Same for electricity, gas and water, where the rate is set by the utility. And I do not touch debts, medical bills or collections.

How this works

  1. Send me your bill. A The PDF from your provider. Takes a minute, and it reads far better than a photo.
  2. I read it and tell you what I found. Before you pay anything, I tell you what is on the bill and roughly what is worth chasing. That part is free.
  3. You decide, and there are two ways.
$39 and I write you the report. You make the call and keep everything you save.
Or 40% of the first year and I make the call for you. Nothing up front, and nothing at all if I save you nothing.
  4. If your bill is already fair, I say so. You pay nothing and you stop wondering about it. That happens, and I would rather tell you than invent a problem.
  5. You get the report and make the call. Everything you need, in plain English, one page you can print.

What is in the report

Being straight with you

I do not make the call. You do. Nobody can promise what a retention agent will approve on any given day, and I am not going to pretend otherwise.

The fee is final, and here is why. You are paying for the work of reading your bill and writing the report. That work happens the moment you say go, and it is the same work whether your provider says yes or no. So once I start, there is no refund.

You are not paying for a saving. I cannot control what an agent approves on the day. You are paying for the analysis, and you get that in full whatever happens on your call. If that is not what you want, say so and we will leave it. I would rather you kept your money than felt caught out afterwards.

If you would rather I made the call instead, I do that too, and what you paid for the report comes straight off my fee. You are never worse off for having tried it yourself first.

Or have me do the whole thing →

Please send the whole thing, not one page. The savings are usually buried in the detail pages, not the summary, so a single screenshot hides exactly what I am looking for.
That is an image, so I will only see the page you captured. If you can, download the full PDF from your provider instead. It takes about a minute and it usually finds more.
How do I get the PDF?

Sign in to your provider's website or app and look for Billing, then View bill or Billing history. Open the most recent statement and choose Download or Save as PDF.

Verizon: My Verizon, then Bill, then View bill, then Download.

AT&T: myAT&T, then Billing, then See past bills, then the PDF icon.

Xfinity: Xfinity account, then Billing, then Bill details, then Download statement.

Spectrum: Spectrum.net, then Billing, then Statements, then the download arrow.

If you cannot find it, send what you have and I will tell you what else I need.

I reply within one business day.

Before you send it, here is exactly what happens
  • Your bill goes to my inbox and nowhere else. It is never sold, shared, or added to any list.
  • I cannot touch your account. Reading a bill gives me no access to anything, and I can only act later if you set that up yourself.
  • I do not work for any provider. No one pays me to switch you or sell you an upgrade.
  • You get one email back with the numbers. No sales calls, and no follow-up unless you ask for it.
  • Want it gone afterwards? Say the word and I delete the file. Privacy policy.

Why is the quote free?

Because reading a bill costs me time, not money. It is how I show you I am worth hiring instead of just telling you.

If I find savings and you want me to go get them, I take a share of what I actually save you. If I save you nothing, you pay nothing and you keep the notes. That is the whole business, and it only works if I am honest with you about what is really there.

Questions before you send anything? Email me at support@billreliefcheck.com and ask.

Got it. Your bill is with me.

Here is exactly what happens next. I will read it and email you what I found and what the report costs, before you pay anything.

  1. I read your bill line by line, the same way I would my own.
  2. I write back with what I think comes off your bill and how I would get it.
  3. If it is worth doing, we set a time. If it is not, I will say so.

You will hear from me within one business day. If you want to add anything in the meantime, just reply to that email.

Worth doing now, so you do not miss it. My reply often lands in the Promotions tab or spam rather than your main inbox. It comes from Andre Haynes at support@billreliefcheck.com. Search that address tomorrow if you do not see it, and drag it to your inbox so nothing gets lost after that.
