A real person will negotiate your bill · No savings, no fee
Andre, founder
Hi, I'm Andre.
I'm a consumer advocate, and I'll personally negotiate your bill down. No savings, no fee.

Let's lower your bill

Fill this out and I'll call your provider and negotiate on your behalf. Takes two minutes.

Please double-check your details before sending.

The information you enter here is what I use to work your case. A wrong name, phone number, provider, or account detail, or a blurry bill, means I have to stop and come back to you, which delays lowering your bill. Accurate info the first time = a faster result for you.

Please add your name.
I reply and stay in touch by email, so please double-check this is correct. It's how I'll get back to you to set up the call.
Please add a valid email so I can reach you.
I'll need to reach you for the call. The provider will only talk to you, the account holder.
Please add a phone number.
The company that sends the bill. Pick it from the list, or choose Other if you don't see it.
Please choose or enter your provider.
Rough is fine. Longer helps me negotiate.
Optional, but it helps me know the target.
Your provider can only discuss your account with you or someone you authorize. Two easy ways to do that. Pick whichever feels better, you can always switch.
Give me a couple of windows. Allow about an hour, though most run 30 to 45 minutes and a lot of that is hold music. We'll get on the phone together, you verify yourself, then you can relax and let me do the talking.
If different from the number above.
Great, this is the hands-off option. To call on your behalf I need to be added to your account, and the provider will ask me for these when I call. Share only what you are comfortable with, and change your password the moment I am done. If you would rather not share any of this, switch to Be on the call with me above, it works just as well.
No problem. Call your provider or open their app, say "I want to add an authorized user," give my name (I'll send it), and set a PIN. Takes a few minutes. Then I can call anytime.
No problem, most people aren't sure at first. Here's the quick version:

On the call together is easiest, nothing to set up, we just pick a time.
I call on my own is more convenient for you, but you add me to your account first.

Tell me roughly when you're usually free and I'll recommend the best fit when I reach out.
Easiest place to start, and it costs you nothing. Upload your bill below and I will run a line-by-line audit on it and come back to you with what I think I can get taken off, in plain numbers. No call needed yet, no account details, no obligation. If the number looks worth it, we book a time then.
Picking a time below is optional on this one. Skip it if you just want the numbers first.
No commitment either way. Most of the time staying and negotiating wins, and I will tell you when it does. But if moving is genuinely better I would rather know now than find out after the call.

Pick a time for your call

Choose an open slot below. Each call is booked for an hour. Most run 30 to 45 minutes and a lot of that is hold music, so there is no rush. Once you book, I'll email you to confirm, then I'll call you at that time. The call has to be live because your provider will only talk to you, the account holder.
Loading open times...
All my times are Arizona time.
Arizona doesn't change clocks, so pick your time zone and I'll show you what my slots are where you are. My hours don't change, this is just so you can see the times in your own zone.
How the two options work (this is just so you know what to expect):

Option 1, we do it together. You dial your provider, verify yourself, and say "I'm adding my representative to this call, they're authorized to speak on my account today." Then you can put the phone down and let me handle the rest. Nothing to set up in advance.

Option 2, I call on my own. Ahead of time, you add me as an authorized user on the account, then give me the account PIN. This does not put my name on your bill, does not make me responsible for it, and does not let me change your plan without telling you. It only lets them discuss the account with me. Then I can call whenever, without you on the line.

Why this step exists. It is not my rule, it is federal law. Your provider is required to protect what is on your account under the Customer Proprietary Network Information rules, so they legally cannot discuss it with anybody you have not authorised. Adding me is you giving them permission, which is exactly what those rules are designed to allow.

How to do it, whichever provider you are with: sign in to your account online or in the app and look for authorized users, account contacts, manage users or account access, and add Andre Haynes. If you cannot find it, ring them and say: "I would like to add an authorized user to my account." It takes about two minutes. Then send me the account PIN or passcode, which is the short number you would give them to prove who you are, not your website password.

And you can undo it any time. The same rules that let you authorise me let you withdraw it whenever you want, in writing or over the phone, and it does not affect your service. Once the job is done, remove me. I will remind you.

Most people pick Option 1, it is the simplest. Either way I will walk you through it.

The bills I work with

If yours is on this list you are in the right place.

InternetXfinity, Spectrum, Cox, Optimum, Mediacom, Astound, Sparklight, Breezeline, WOW!, Frontier, Kinetic, Ziply, Google Fiber
Mobile phoneVerizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, UScellular
Cable TVXfinity, Spectrum, Cox, Optimum, Astound, WOW!
Satellite TVDirecTV, Dish, Starlink, HughesNet, Viasat
Home phoneCenturyLink, Brightspeed, Kinetic, Frontier
Home securityADT and similar
What I cannot help with, so you do not waste a trip: prepaid phone plans like Mint, Visible, Cricket or Metro have no retention department and no room to move, so there is genuinely nothing to negotiate. Same for electricity, gas and water, where the rate is set by the utility. And I do not touch debts, medical bills or collections.
The PDF from your provider reads best, and it reads every page. A photo or screenshot works too, it just tells me less. This is the one thing I really need so I can find the fees to cut. Please make sure it is clear and readable, shows the charges and your account number, and includes all pages. A blurry or partial bill is the number one thing that slows down your case.
Please attach your bill so I can work on it.

Almost done

Here's what I'll receive. Send it to me one of these two ways, then I'll be in touch to set up the call.

Your bill is attached and ready. Just tap the button below and everything, your details and your bill, comes straight to me. That's it.

Owner: set your photo

Only you see this panel (it opens with #owner in the URL). Pick a photo, it crops to a circle automatically and saves to this browser.

This is an independent service, not affiliated with any provider. Your information is used only to negotiate your bill and is not sold or shared. Payment is only owed if I successfully lower your bill: 40% of what I actually save you, counted over however long the saving runs up to twelve months, and nothing at all if the saving is under $10 a month. Invoiced after the fact. If I save you nothing, you owe nothing.
